I'm Amanda New! Alongside my husband Adam, we operate a 2 million per year real estate investing business in Virginia. We average 30 flips and 30 wholesale transactions per year, and also carry 16 rental properties, as well as a short-term rental that clears about 150 thousand per year.

Outside of investing, we are really passionate about coaching other investors through our program, The Acquisition Operating System. This program shares what we found works, what does not, and teaches other investors how to successfully scale their real estate business.

We haven’t always been investors. In fact, you may find our story relatable. Adam and I have worked together our entire married lives; primarily with a bank selling credit card processing. We traveled multiple days per week and climbed the corporate ladder. When Adam got laid off in March of 2020 with a baby at home, we knew we needed to make a major pivot, but knew nothing about real estate investing. So, we invested in coaching, and started with wholesaling only. By September of 2020, we both were able to quit our corporate jobs and have been full-time investors ever since!

Like every business, there are challenges. In 2023 we were stuck at 500 thousand, but working harder than ever. The issue? We learned that we were running our business as salespeople rather than as business owners. We pivoted, and in 9 months we tripled to 1.5 million. That pivot is what we teach now.
